Last week I arranged for a family friend, Moriah, to come stay with me a couple of days and help me out with Levi. Justin has been gone for over 3 weeks now and I needed a break! Even if it was just to run to the bank and organize Levi's baby pictures in an album. So, knowing how artsy she is, and how artsy I like to be, I also arranged for my regular babysitter to come over Tuesday night so Moriah and I could do something together. I took her to dinner, then we grabbed some Starbucks, and headed to Painting with a Twist. I have been wanting to go to the new store that opened not far from my house - so much closer than the Sugar Land location. That night it was a painting of Dandelions in a Field. Moriah was a little hesitant at first - this wasn't her typical kind of painting class, but once she realized she didn't have to follow the instructor exactly, she made it her own. We had a lot of fun and Moriah even said she'd enjoy doing it again with some of her friends. :)
