The Little Gym

After going to My Gym for awhile, I cancelled our membership because it just seemed like the same thing every class and Levi was bored.  Plus, he was still a ways away from the next age group and he was way beyond the skills they were doing in the class.  (I think the age range was 6 to 15 months, and there is a huge difference from a baby just learning to sit up and an 11 month old who is walking.)  We took a break for awhile but then I decided to try out the Little Gym.  It was a little closer and I had heard good things about it.  Levi loved it.  Much more to his style and pace.  So we joined them and have been going since July I think.  When Aunt Hannah came to visit one day, she got to go with us to class.  The only thing that stinks is that Levi keeps changing his nap schedule so sometimes he is tired and cranky during class and other times he is happy as a clam.  These pictures were taken on 8/31/12.  We no longer use a pacifier! (Just took it away when he was 15 months old and he didn't miss it. Now he just tries to eat everybody.)

Rolling with Mama

Working that upper body strength

Balance and coordination

A rare cuddle moment with Aunt Hannah

The one thing in class that he ALWAYS gets excited about?  When they bring out the balls.  He starts dancing and clapping and gets SOOOO excited.  And hoards them.

The end of class good-bye song
