Texas State Aquarium

The kids and I went to Rockport last week to spend Justin's days off there.  We went to the aquarium, the beach, drove down to his work in Ingleside, attempted to go to Port Aransas (the ferry line was 1 mile long and the kids were asleep), and ate some good food.  On Thursday, the weather was all icky and raining but we made it to the aquarium so Levi could see all the fish.  They even let us in for half price because I had a membership to the Houston zoo (and had the card on me!), even though it had expired in May. We promised the guy we would renew it. Levi had a good time and especially loved the dolphin show.  We also ate at a great little diner, JJ's Little Bay Cafe, in Rockport afterwards.

He was not too sure about this little alcove.  You couldn't really see where the glass wall was so Levi was REALLY unsure about it at first.  We had to show him where the glass was before he would get closer.

And nothing says 'Murica like a caged bald eagle.

  1. I love the picture with the big fish. It looks like Levi is touching it's nose. Also, love seeing my son being such a good day. Great photos & great memories!
