Mattie's First Cereal

I have been giving Mattie some rice cereal in a bottle the last couple of weeks but I made it a little thicker today and tried it with a spoon.  She has been very hungry lately and I apparently have not been filling her up, so we started "solids" a little early.  But she is definitely ready for it and showed all the signs. Mattie was very enthusiastic about trying it today but wasn't sure yet how she was supposed to eat it.  It's a little different than sucking on a nipple! 

 Hurry up with the camera mom, I'm starving here!
